PROheat 2X won't dispense water

My PROheat 2X is brand new and it won't dispense water consistently. When I turn it off, let it sit for a few minutes and then turn it back on, it will dispense water for 1 or 2 minutes before the water starts to drible out. This is the second Bissell product we've had with a similar issue and I'm frustrated.

I have had the same problem with the ProHeat 2x and i have tried everything. Nothing is working.

I now this is a older thread, but I had the same problem. I took the main fill tank off and took the two white or red spray noozles off the hoses, by removing the hose clamps and they were both clogged from the cleaning solution(i had only used it twice) and soaked them in hot water for 5 minutes. Works great again!

Make sure that the gasket is on the valve at the bottom of the tank. It has to be on the tank. That valve may be bad, or maybe the tank isn't sitting square on the base. But if less then 1 year old, then it is under warranty, take it in for warranty repair. You taking it apart voids the warranty.

How can I operate the Bissell PROheat 2X carpet/upholstery cleaner without instructions?

Your solenoid that activates the hand unit is most likely burned up. Bissell 2X machines generally last 4 to 6 uses and a solenoid burns up. This is the only machine that we do not offer repair service for in my store. It is a terribly poor quality design.
BTW, the brushes aren't supposed to turn when the machine is in the upright position.

Bissell 9500 ProHeat 2X Clean Shot will not let water put from tank?

I have a Proheat 2X and had the same problem. I don't know if this will work with your unit... but I tried the Water Rinse setting and found water came out and was suctioned properly, but on the Light Clean, Normal Clean, and Heavy Traffic settings, the unit failed to do anything. Problem may be with leaving the soap dispenser in-place, which might scum up the tubing.

SO, an alternative to throwing out my unit and buying something else was to put one capful of the Bissell soap in the water resevoir and keep the unit on Water Rinse. IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY NOW. Don't know if this will help, but at least I didn't have to buy a new unit. Rinse everything after using and there's been no problem.

Black water leaks from bottom of ProHeat 2x

Probably be a rubber seal leak or crack at the soap water dispenser pump.
If you can take it apart and it is the seal you should be able to reseal it with gasket seal from an auto parts store.
