Hi Selina - Instructions are in your user manual on how to adjust the harness height. When the harness is correctly adjusted for your daughter the harness pads should sit comfortably. If you need to download a replacement user manual select the carseat you have then click "Service" at www.maxi-cosi.com
If you are a UK customer, replacement harness pads for the Maxi Cosi CabrioFix can be ordered via your local authorised retailer or direct with the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30. The harness pads are available in plain Black only, as a set of three, and are RRP £15 (with £3.99 p+p if ordered direct).

Hi,
Make sure that when you go to loosen the shoulder straps that the **** strap is pulled toward you, otherwise you cannot make the shoulder straps loosen, this is a safety feature.
