as far as my experience unlock codes are the best method to unlock your phone, i used codes from

and it worked well,you need to specify the country and network provider

Contact net10 and see if they will give it to you. If they won't, contact Motorola or do a google search for subsidy unlock codes for your model phone.

If one of theses messages appear :

- "Contact Service Provider"
- "Tampert Alter"
- "Wait before enter special Code"
- "Contact Service'

It's because you or somebody already entered too many wrong codes, you just have to leave the Motorola W375 mobile phone ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!

The chances are that the W375 is locked to Net10. The other Motorola phone you mentioned will work with the old SIM if the phone was previously used on Net10, or has been unlocked.

Most phones, upon issue, are locked to the network that provided the phone. If the other working phone is locked to a different network, speak to the Network it was previously locked to, and ask for an unlock code.

Try it anyway, you can't damage anything by doing so.
