I am trying to find instructions/manual for kinderkraft crib model #305. I think it is also called "The Dreamer." It is a crib which converts to a toddler bed. Also, do you know of any recalls on this crib?

Kinderkraft has not had any recalled cribs according to cpsc.gov website. We may be able to identify which model you have and supply assembly instructions as well as any missing or broken hardware replacement you may need by asking a few specific questions about your crib. Please call us when you are with the crib at 800.205.9642 or 800.772.1041 for direct assistance, or you can email photos of your crib for us to identify at [email protected] .
I have the 1999 version of KinderKraft's Crib 'N Toddler Dreamer No. 305. (model # 305NAT) I don't know how similar these are to each other, but I have used mine over two years for my son and have not had any problems. I recently converted it to the toddler daybed and I am very happy with it.
The slats on mine are 1 1/2 inches wide and the gaps between them are 2 inches wide. The standard for checking gaps is a soda can. If a standard size soda can fits between the slats of a crib, it is not safe. I don't know about any of the other features of your particular crib, but I hope this helps.
