We just bought a home with a Chamberlain accessmaster garage door opener. The previous owner did not leave any remotes nor the manual. I do not have a model number. How may we get replacement remotes and a manual?

There will be a model number on the opener. Usually on the end closest to the door. With your model number call any Chamberlain dealer listed in your yellow pages. They would love to help you.

This may sound strange but it's true.....your neighbours TV/Stereo/video etc remote may be on the same frequency as your garage door...I swear I am not kidding.
Depends on the age of the opener. The model number is on the end of the opener closest to the door. Using it go to Sears parts and you can find out if the remote is still available.
Does it work from wall button? Hit learn button for 10 seconds. Hit again for 1 second and code keypad.Opener lights should blink 2x. Hit learn again for a second and hit button on a remote (Any button you chose). Again, lights should blink. Now should work. Repeat for any other remotes.
