Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone

1 Answer

Itouch Hi, I connected my touch to my computer to sync a few songs and lost all of my downloaded music...390-some tunes. All of the tune are still in my itunes, but, several attempts to sync them back have failed. i did a test by purchasing a new song from itunes and that worked perfectly. What may have gone wrong? Thanks for your help!

If you want to download to your i pod,you have to use a i Tunes media player to enable you acess to i pod and transfer music into it.

If you don't have i Tunes software, go on net through google an search for i Tune downloads.

Download i Tunes and install, after installing connect your cable from your i pod to your pc.from there you can fnd your way out.good luck.

Hello I'm having a problem putting songs on my nephews ipod. Its telling me its already setup on another cpu so how do I go about downloading songs from my cpu to his ipod?

You will have to download I-Tunes from Apple.
Plug in his Ipod and then go to "Sync" in I-Tunes, this will sync your computer to his Ipod
But what will happen is that when you plug in the Ipod into your computer it will sync with your computer and all the songs that was on the Ipod from his computer will now be lost.
I don't know why they do that, but that is the way it is.
The only way around this is to burn a CD of your music and put it on his computer that the Ipod is sync'ed with.

Good Luck,
I hope this helps
