Front Panel Header Pin info for DQ67SW. They should be color coded too.
1 Hard disk LED + orange
2 Power LED+ green
3 Hard disk LED - orange
4 Power LED- green
5 Reset Switch - blue
6 Power switch + red
7 Reset switch + blue
8 Power switch - red
9 Power Out (do not use)
10 No pin
NOTE
When connecting individual wires from your chassis front panel to the front panel
header, be sure to observe the connection polarity. Positive wires are usually solid
color and negative wires are usually white or striped.
There is also an alternative pin header if you have a power wire that uses a 3 pin connector instead of a 2 pin connector. It is the 3 pins just past pin 9, and it should be missing the pin in the middle of the 3 pin block. The pin closest to pin 9 is the power led + and the furthest from pin 9 is the power led -.
if you need clarification, check out page 50 of the manual posted above at intel.com
well they r labled as a row of led but which one goes where i tried match colors and nothing happen still can not boot computer
I have a similar situation with an e-machine T2042 motherboard, but there are 2 double pin blocks where the Power LEDis noted with only 3 actual pins. Does the Power connector go on 1st block of 2 pins and leave the next bock with 1 pin open or does the connector go between the 2 blocks over 1 pin of each or simply over the block that has only 1 pin. Is there a site where I can view a T2042 motherboard scematic properly connected?
