Delete An undeletable File

Open a Command Prompt window and leave it open.
Close all open programs.
Click Start, Run and enter TASKMGR.EXE
Go to the Processes tab and End Process on Explorer.exe.
Leave Task Manager open.
Go back to the Command Prompt window and change to the directory the AVI (or other undeletable file) is located in.
At the command prompt type DEL where is the file you wish to delete.
Go back to Task Manager, click File, New Task and enter EXPLORER.EXE to restart the GUI shell.
Close Task Manager.

Or you can try this

Open Notepad.exe

Click File>Save As..>

locate the folder where ur undeletable file is

Choose 'All files' from the file type box

click once on the file u wanna delete so its name appears in the 'filename' box

put a " at the start and end of the filename
(the filename should have the extension of the undeletable file so it will overwrite it)

click save,

It should ask u to overwrite the existing file, choose yes and u can delete it as normal

Here's a manual way of doing it. I'll take this off once you put into your first post zain.

1. Start
2. Run
3. Type: command
4. To move into a directory type: cd c:*** (The stars stand for your folder)
5. If you cannot access the folder because it has spaces for example Program Files or Kazaa Lite folder you have to do the following. instead of typing in the full folder name only take the first 6 letters then put a ~ and then 1 without spaces. Example: cd c:progra~1kazaal~1
6. Once your in the folder the non-deletable file it in type in dir - a list will come up with everything inside.
7. Now to delete the file type in del ***.bmp, txt, jpg, avi, etc... And if the file name has spaces you would use the special 1st 6 letters followed by a ~ and a 1 rule. Example: if your file name was bad file.bmp you would type once in the specific folder thorugh command, del badfil~1.bmp and your file should be gone. Make sure to type in the correct extension.

How Do You Remove Isass.exe Files in Windows XP and Vista:

Click your Windows Start menu, and from “Search,” click “For Files and Folders….”
A speech bubble will pop up asking you, “What do you want to search for?” Click “All files and folders.”
Type a Isass.exe file in the search box, and select “Local Hard Drives.”
Click “Search.” Once the file is found, delete it.

How to stop Isass.exe processes:

Click the Start menu, select Run.
Type taskmgr.exe into the the Run command box, and click “OK.” You can also launch the Task Manager by pressing keys ALT + CTRL + DELETE or CTRL + Shift + ESC.
Click Processes tab, and find Isass.exe processes.
Once you’ve found the Isass.exe processes, right-click them and select “End Process” to kill Isass.exe.

How to remove Isass.exe registry keys: (Do not delete anything other than what is listed below.)

Select your Windows menu “Start,” and click “Run.” An “Open” field will appear. Type “regedit” and click “OK” to open up your Registry Editor.
Registry Editor will open as a window with two panes. The left side Registry Editor’s window lets you select various registry keys, and the right side displays the registry values of the registry key you select.
To find a registry key, such as any Isass.exe registry keys, select “Edit,” then select “Find,” and in the search bar type any of Isass.exe’s registry keys.
As soon as Isass.exe registry key appears, you can delete the Isass.exe registry key by right-clicking it and selecting “Modify,” then clicking “Delete.”

Under Home Page, select the General > Use Default.
Type in the URL you want as your home page (e.g., “http://www.homepage.com”).
Select Apply > OK.
You’ll want to open a fresh web page and make sure that your new default home page pops up.

Block Isass.exe sites: www.eKerberos.com
Stop Isass.exe processes:
Get rid of Isass.exe DLLs: %PROGRAM_FILES%\ eKerberos\ Hook.dll
Delete Isass.exe folders: %PROGRAM_FILES%\ eKerberos\
