install the rsd lite on your pc and extract the firmware you downloaded with winrar or winzip, remove and insert battery again, press *+#+power all at the same time, you phone should enter flash mode, conect to pc and open rsd, click browse and select the file you extracted, click start and wait till process completes and phone reboots. all will be ok. Note: all data will be lost.

Just download and install the following drivers:--

1. Motorola_EU_Driver_Installation_v2.6.2 (look up in google)
2. Mobile Master 7 (can be found on filecyb.com)

After installing connect Motorola L6i via any data cable.Sure to detect by xp or vista
