You may have blown the bulb. Im not sure how to get that fixed. It would probably just be cheaper to buy a new one.

Why does it keep saying memory full after I have only taken 6 pictures

You need to go to the store and buy Samsung S730 A-DATA 4GB SDHC Memory Card (Class 4)
It is worth about 8-20$. The memory card is used to save pictures. Here is an example: http://www.cellularfactory.com/camera/SAMSUNG/3/46100/

My flash is not working (samsung s730) and I have heard alot people say I should reset my camera. How do I reset it?

First try and take the SD card out and turn the camera off then on again. If that doesn't fix the problem, then: Turn it on, the hold the menu button for 20 seconds.

Hope this helps!

Samsung S730 flash quit working

If you are good with a screwdriver and soldering iron there is a common issue on this model with dry solder joins to the flash circuit.

Help me if you can, ASAP. Please.

The flashing eye has to do with the camera's red-eye reduction feature. Check to see that the little window below the flash on the front of the camera is clean, and make sure the lens is spotless. If that doesn't work, try de-activating the red-eye reduction using the camera menu.

Camera wont take pictures with a flash

Try reformatting the camera. Take the memory card out first or else you might lose all your pictures.
