No they will not work as the loading mechinism would not be able to grab ahold of the discs. Normal cd/dvd's load because the mechanism grabs by the sides of the disc and the 3'" disc would be to small.
I have just purchased a JSMP-8GBJA Jensen MP3 player but when i plug it in to my computer it says that the usb is unrecognised and i need a driver installed....where do i get this from???
For the Jensen MP3 / 4 player there's software for video conversion.
Enter next address in Internet Explorer:
spectraintl.com/jn/drivers/Video%20Conversion%20Software.zip
Save the zip file to a location on the computer.
When the download has finished unzip the file.
Finally run the Setup.exe file to install the AVIConverter.
Have you installed the device driver? If not, try this:
http://www.mediafire.com/?uyu4jnf2vqt
It's the driver for the mp3 player, and should allow your computer to sync with your player.
i have windows xp and was told that i didn't need the disc for it. it's the cord/cable not communitcating with the mp3 player that's my problem. they told me to try different usb ports on the back of the computer, and it still didn't work. so she said to try it on another computer, but that's a bit redundant, i want it to work on mine.
try viewing directly with Windows:
Open "My Computer" and look for your drive letter for the Jensen. Open it and you will see all of the folders and files on that MP3 player. Try mouse dragging songs into the correct folder of the drive letter.
