Driver for XP 64

it won't work beacuse on windows xp64bit only 64-bit kernel mode drivers are supported.....

Try to reinstall the drivers for the monitor and see if that works.

This 64 driver can only retrieved from the Reliance company or keep your windows as 32 Bit. 

Its the usb, if u connect the monitor via the standard port, the vga port, it will work. If your monitor only have an dvi cable you can fix that by an adapter. That adapter should be an DVI to VGA.

Your best answer would be from the manufacture of the monitors. We found that for many types of hardware there are no 64 bit drivers at this time.

I take it that you tried the 32 bit driver to see if it works for you.

I just recently purchased this monitor, my computer is running windows xp home and i didn't have any trouble hooking it up it is just plug and play

you have to change the monitor setting in the display box in windows properties right click to get in windows desktop/settings/display resolution
