The red light to clean is on how do I get it off

That can mean the bag is full.

May sound a bit crude solution but if the unit works properly and the red light bothers you just put a piece of tape over it. Might save a lot of time and trouble

When the coffeemaker is due to be cleaned, the red light will continue to blink while the coffeemaker is off until the cleaning cycle has been completed fully. With the coffeemaker off (with the red light blinking), pour four cups of pure white vinegar (no water added) into the reservoir. Don't short the amount. You'll need four cups to complete the cycle. Remove any filters, but leave the strainer basket in place. Tap the "select" button three times until the red light is on (and stays on, not blinking). The cleaning cycle now begins. It should take between 45 minutes and an hour to complete. Don't be concerned about the 30-minute long pause during the cycle when nothing happens. This is intentional and part of the cycle.

After the cleaning cycle has completed, get rid of the vinegar. Rinse out the strainer basket and the coffee pot. Run a full pot of clean water thru a regular brew cycle (with the pot and basket in place, of course). Then, dump the water, rinse the pot and basket again, and run another full pot of clean water thru a regular brew cycle. Dump that water too. And, you're done!

the red light turns on automatically after 120 hrs of running to remind us for cleaning the filters. once you cleaned the filters and inserted back , then just keep ac in stand by mode, open the remote panel and press the button on extreme right bottom of the remote ( see carefully in the remote, there is very light image of the filter is made along with the button). red light will go off. no need to press the reset button.... enjoy

Please read this if your red descaling light won't turn off: Key is to follow directions. When you fill the tank with water to descale add 500 cc - no more. The machine "knows" that the cycle ends when water runs out. Once water runs out the red light will turn off. Continue with cleaning the tank and running a cleaning cycle. The red light is gone and you are good to go.

unplug it.... for about ten minutes or so

Red cleaning light stays on continuously even after cleaning. Please advise.
