When we moved our tv it wouldnt work when it got to the new house. does it need to be reset?? when you push the power button, the light comes on and you can hear the tv try to click on and after 3 attempts the light goes off on the power button. there is no sound or picture at any time since we have moved it. help!!
Most likely there was one or more marginal connections on the main board and moving the set has completely opened those connections. If you can solder, try resoldering any connections on the boards that appear to be grainy or have rings. Update this with the results. That may resolve the problem. If not, we'll look further into the set for component failures.

just got an rca hd 52'' from a friend but the sound does not work. all connnections seem to be fine. picture is good but still no sound. solutions?
