Hi,

Take out the brewing unit and check the hole in the chassi (where the brewing unit was), make sure that hole is clean.

If the hole is clean and the remain leaking then your boiler is gone and have to be replaced:-(

My Saeco Incanto Deluxe occasionally overflows with dregs and water under the machine prior to the "dreg drawer full" message being displayed. Is there a counter tray available for this machine?

Hi
Grounds and water under the machine or drip tray indicate that the drain behind the brew unit is plugged.
Remove the brew unit. You will see the injector in the back of the machine. Below the injector is a pocket that the excess pressure is relieved into when the machine is done making a coffee. This pocket will plug up with ground and oils. The drain is just above the center of the drip tray. Insert something into the drain and see if you can unplug it. Once it has drained run some hot soapy water through the pocket.

New Royal Professional Machine has the workd Dregraw.miss can not use the machine what must I do to get started need help.

Hi
Dredge drawer is the big box on the bottom right. That is where the grounds are dumped. Remove the drip tray and pull the drawer out about half way. Push it back in with 1 finger on the right side of the drawer. That should clear the message. If it comes back on when you put in the drip tray, there is a section of the drip tray that can be removed to stop that. On the right side of the drip tray is a notch. Inside that notch is a thin piece of plastic. It curls up on the right side. Cut out the piece that curls up (just the piece that curls, about an inch). When you push in the drip tray that curl lifts the dredge drawer and knocks it out of position.

I have a saeco magic deluxe that had water dripping into the dredge drawer after making coffee. I also had clear water under the machine on the countertop and excessive dirty water in the drip tray from...

Hi
Sounds like your drain is getting plugged with coffee residue. Remove your brew unit. There is an injector that has 2 orange o-rings in it in the back. That pocket below it is filling with water. There is a drain that is to the bottom left that goes into the drip tray in front. Use a prob of some kind that is about 12" long that you can stick down and forward in the drain pocket. Work it towards the fron and you should open the drain again. it fills with oils, so use some hot sudzy water and clean it out.

Saeco Magic De Luxe type SUP012 r Water leakage into brew unit

HI
Your grind might be a little to coarse or you are not getting a full charge of coffee in the brew unit. Water is released into the drip tray when the brewing is over. If the grind is to coarse or you don't have enough coffee dossed into the brew unit, then there is more space for water and you get more water in the drip tray. Open the door and push the lever at the top center of the door towards the plus but not all the way. 1 click back from the plus(+) is fine. When the machine is grinding pull the handle toward you(smaller number). Now change the grind a little at a time, but don't make it too fine. That will cause a lot of problems later on that is hard to correct.

Jura Impresso E9 not dripping through spouts but into drip tray

This is most likely due to a bad o'ring. The bar you speak of...Does the unit have a small spout pointing upward from the area?...with a groove? Is the o'ring in that groove damaged or missing? When the grounds are compressed in the piston, the brew unit lowers down onto this spout and seals on it. The high pressure water then is injected upward inot the brew unit. When this seal fails the water simply leaks into the tray when there are grounds providing backpressure. When rinsing and no backpressure some of the water may be getting through. Make sure you lube up any seals with a food grade lube. Olive oil will work in a pinch.
