Mobile9 is a good website, most likely it will not harm your mobile. but better you stick with nokia ovi store. it have lots of applications, and all of them are trustful!

First, reinstall the 3rd party conduit and related application. Next, check with the developer of your conduits to see if they have a patch or information on their software and the new Palm Desktop. If the problem persists, try the following:
1. Backup the c:\palm directory
2. Uninstall all 3rd party conduits
3. Uninstall Palm Desktop
4. Re-install Palm Desktop
5. Re-install all 3rd conduits.
6. Synchronize to test.
