Me too. I have the Combi City Savvy NightRider and the wheels are shot after only 8-months of use! I cannot find replacements on the web. I thought that they offered replacements. If you find them, please let me know where to order some.

I had the same problem with the Combi Stroller. Called custome service. They covered the cost of the wheels, I paid 8 bucks for shipping, and 8 weeks later I am still waiting...great customer service.

my right front wheel is bent so bad i can barely steer it..

i'll try calling to see if they'll send me a replacement as well, this stroller is brand new!

Same problem with the wheels. I bought it for a vacation so it was brand new and within 3 days of using it on vacation, the two front wheels were bent and the thing kept getting stuck when we tried to steer it. I will try calling customer service to get replacements.

I also have the Same problem.. Thansk for the advice. I am calling Combi ASAP.

  • Anonymous May 25, 2009

Bought stroller a bit over a year and wheels are broken. The stroller can keep going, only the wheels are bad.  Combi could make a lot of money selling replacement front wheels; a lot have the same problem and it will start to show through reviews. I love the Combi but if I don't find the wheels I will buy a Peg Perego or similar, since I know it will last longer than 1 year.

I just called 1800-99-COMBI to replace a set of wheels and they are mailing them to my home for free! Yes, you will need the model, lot # and date of manufacture date from the sticker on the leg of the stroller. Good luck!

I had the same problem.

How do I purchase replacement parts for my Combi product?
Replacement parts for our products are available only through Combi. Call the Customer Relations Department at 1‐800‐992‐6624.You will need to have your model number and serial number or manufacture date available.

From the Combi Website. Good Luck!

I called combi direct and they asked me if I wanted to file a warranty claim, I said yes, they told me to email pictures, you can see them at http://www.pmcmusic.com/combi.htm
They forwarded them to the "Decision making team" and stated they would replace all three wheels, We have a double side by side, all I had to pay for was $8.00, MA, and they where here within the week. Very Happy with the service.

I had to call the customer service department at Combi, 1-800-992-6624 in place an order for replacement wheels for my Combi stroller. Hopefully, I will receive the new wheels in 2 days before we go on our next vacation. Per customer service, there are no websites on the web that sell the replacement wheels. Hope this helps!

I did the same. I have all 3 wheels go out on me. I called gave them the model number and serial number as well as the manufacture date. They are going to send them to me but at my expense. $8 for shipping $30 for the wheels. We didn't do any thing to make the wheels bend on us. We only had a 3 month old and a 6 month old in the stroller. I have to say it's all on the wording when you talk to Customer Relations Department. Be cafefull in what you say. They take all your info name, address and so on. You wont be able call back without them knowing who you are. Good luck.

I just called Combi customer service. My stroller was 3 years old, but had the same problem. The wheels pretty much folded over when I turned the stroller. I got 3 replacements wheels (the full double wheel mechanism). They charged me 7.50 each plus shipping so the total was $30.50. They said it would come by FedEx ground within 7-10 days. Bummed that I had to pay, but understand since the stroller was 3 years old.

Well, I replied earlier that I called for new wheels for a 3 year old Twinsport. Paid and got new wheels in 10 days by USPS but they were about 1.5 inches smaller than what they were replacing. Called again and they are sending another set, free of charge. They were nice and I'm glad I don't have to deal with the hassle of mailing them back!

Picked up one of these strollers at a yard sale for $5 because a wheel was bent . Took the wheel apart and straightend out the rod . Now it works perfect! Tools required screwdriver to pop off cap , plyers to pull cotter pin and hammer to straighten rod . Total time 10 minutes !

Can you tell me how you fixed the rod? I have the same issue . Took out the wheel but afraid to hammer it so as not to break the plastic

Where to get the replacement back wheel for Graco Mirage travel system?

If this was bought new then contact Graco or the shop you bought it from as usually pushchairs have at least a 6 months warranty if you bought this second hand Graco should still be able to help or have a look on eBay as they have a lot of spare parts

I need a detailed instruction on how to fold a combi stroller

1. Lock both front swivel wheels. Not locking the swivel wheels before folding the stroller can damage the wheels 2. Empty the basket. 3. Fold the canopy by lifting the canopy levers. 4. Remove your player from the canopy. 5. Lift and hold the folding levers up on both sides of the handle. 6. Tilt the stroller onto its back wheels and roll it forward and then pull it back quickly and the front guardrail will fold inward. 7. Turn handle inward with an underhand hold to latch and lock.

Combi Stroller - Can front wheels be replaced?

We loved our combi at first, but now both wheels are bad. We used to recommend the stroller because of it being so compact, but HATE the wheels. They should recall them or at least revise them.
