Press the cook and finish cook buttons at the same and +and- button to advance the time. They look like a casserole dish and a casserole dish with a cross through it
I had exactly the same problem. I followed the directions to reset the clock. That is the cooking button and finish cooking button. They look like a caserole dish and a casserole dish with a cross through it. Hold them down at the same time and the + and - button to advance the time. Be aware I had to try this a few times before it worked. Hope this helps, Dean
