My grohe faucet we have does not swival . It is stuck and I tried pulling the sleeve out , but it does not come out . Something is wrong . please tell me , what I should do to remedy the problem . thanks

The universal hose will not work on certain model faucets,best bet contact manufacturer and they may provide you a new hose at little or no cost if you tell them you will put a different brand faucet in.
You just pull the handles straight off the faucet. There are no screws or bolts holding the handles. Only a friction guide attached to the faucet stem. You can see this guide in the Grohe Classic Kitchen/Bar Faucet 31.057.000 installation instructions.
Before you start taking the whole faucet apart try taking the airiator or head of the end of the faucet. It may just be some sediment blocking the filter screen on the head. Unscrew the head and see if the water flows with the head off.
There should be an o-ring on the mating surfaces of the hose and the faucet that my be missing. It could also me that the big washer in side of the faucet (under the cartridge) has been shifted.
I doubt it is the cartridge itself, always try the cheap ideas first.
