You have to bring the sim at a nearest SUN store for the puk. Or call their customer service at 200 and provide the serial number written at the back of the sim.

For PUK codes, you can attempt 10x to enter the PUK codes in your phone. Once you enter incorrect PUK codes 10x,you'll recieve PUK blocked then what you need is to enter the PUK2. Make sure that you will enter the PUK2 correctly because if you enter incorrect PUK codes 10x,you'll recieve PUK BLOCKED error again. This time,you need to ask your service provider for SIM replacement.

PUK, stands for Personal Unblocking Key. It is usually assigned to your mobile number by your operators. If you entered your PIN code in error more than 3 times, the line would be blocked, and reqiures a PUK code to unblock it. This code must not be entered in error more than 10 times, or else your sim would be permanently blocked and damaged, requiring absolute replacement.
Normally the PUK is written on your original sim certificate. But if you cant find it, use another line, of your same network, call your operators, and ask for your PUK. Alternatively, you could let them know your line is blocked, and let them guide you through the steps of unblocking it.

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

Hi everyone

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

o i had the same problem with mine a cord inside your fone is falling apart next it will be your camra that goes out then your hole screen u just need to get a whole new fone
