Unfortunately, Insignia can't provide a code. We recommend that you use your universal remote control's scan/learning feature to find a compatible code.

On most universal remote control, you will find the procedure to enter the builder code OR a procedure to pass through all the code of the remote, one by one and pass to the other TILL you find the right one. It happen to me numbers of time because all my family ask me to do this...
