Samsung YP-T10 mp3 player seems to have frozen - won't do anything, can't even switch it off. PLaese help-any advice

If you get a safety pin you can hit the reset button on the back and it should turn right off. Worked for me!

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

My Samsung yp t10 is not recognised by my pc, althogh my mp3 player says it is connected. I've tried resetting it but nothing happens.

You need to have Windows Media Player 10 or Higher.
have the software installed, if you do not have it, you can get it here.

Samsung YP T10 MP 3 Player has just completely frozen

Hi I have had this problem.Look on the back of the player and look for a reset hole. When you find it (its somewhere near the bottom of the player) get a needle.Yes a needle.And put it into the reset hole AND HOLD IT FOR 5 SECS. It should now be fixed.
