There is a known corruption problem with Windows Vista's resume operation, but I've not yet confronted it on a laptop. On a desktop the problem occurs when a USB keyboard is in use, and the resolution is to unplug it and make sure that you're using a standard PS/2 keyboard instead, but I am not sure if this will work on a notepad. It depends if the notepad scans for an external keypad at boot time. Try plugging in an external keyboard before you turn the power on and see if that works.
If it doesn't work, I'm not sure what to suggest. People who have had this problem appear to have tried everything from resetting the BIOS to reformatting the hard drive. If you try it and report failure I'll investigate the matter further.

Try holding down the power key to force it to power off. Power it back up again and you should get the Windows Resume Loader with the following options "Continue with resume" and "Delete resume data and continue with startup". I can't remember the exact wording of the options, it may be different but you need to select the later or second option "Delete resume data and continue with startup".
if you do not have anything on it that you are desperate to keep you could try the factory restore option
to do this
power up and press the ALT+F10 key a couple of times this will hopefully take you into the factory restore option then follow the on screen instructions
what you need to do you turn off your system after that you connect your keyboard first then you can now put your system on if he does not work you check the pin on the mout of the keyboard may be aby one is bend if is bend you can straight it and connect it back
