My E65 was working fine earlier today, then when I used it a bit later I couldn't hear anything or be heard. I then saw that the headset icon was on - which is strange since I had never used a headset before. I tried plugging the headset in and taking it out hoping it would trigger something but no luck. Calls can only be made with the headset now. Please help!
I had the same problem. It happens when I tried to connect the car charger while driving. I assumed that i might have try to push the charger in the wrong connector and something got stuck. So what i did was, i tab the phone very gently on the table where the connector is and all of a sudden the phone icon went away. I think there was something touching eachother that was not suppose to be connecting. Just put the phone right up standing on the table, then lift it and tab it gently on each bottom corner with the phone upright. Goodluck.
Try to go to enhancement and connect your headset, then check "if the others detected as" is in mono headset.....then try to use headset and unplug it again
