Hallo Jason,
yes, this can be done automatically, just by scanning three programming barcodes. Please follow the steps in the attached document.

When i scan a barcode why do i have to push enter?

Scan these three barcodes from the LS2208 Product Reference Guide:

Scan Options
Data Suffix
Enter

The scanner will then be programmed to send an enter after every barcode you scan.

I have a Symbol LS3070 that has stopped sending a return after UPC-A scans. I added a suffix of 7013, and got no change. Any Ideas?

Scanning Scan Options, Data Suffix, Enter from Adobe pages 141 and 142 of 214 the LS3070 Product Reference Guide resolves this issue. The suffix is already set to 7013 so scanning the barcodes above should be all you should have to do to send the return or enter key after every barcode scanned..

When I scan the barcode it coming on the POS system ,but you have to hit enter for it to give details information.

You have to scan the barcodes: Scan Options, Data Suffix, and Enter from the LS9100 Product Reference Guide. This knowledge article contains a link to download a Word document containing those barcodes.

I would like to transmit EAN-13 bar code without check digit, but closed by ENTER.

If you would like the LS2208 to transmit only the first twelve digits of an EAN-13 barcode followed by an enter you will have to write an Advanced Data Formatting rule using barcodes from the LS2208 Product Reference Guide found here: http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=5880806apdf&sliceId=&dialogID=114420371&stateId=1%200%20114410810

The barcodes you will print and scan in the order they are listed are:
Begin New Rule
EAN-13 (from the Critera pages of the ADF section)
Send Next 12 Characters
Send Enter key
Save Rule

If all other barcodes require an enter key make sure you scan Scan Options, Data Suffix, Enter (from the same manual or from the Quick Start Guide) before scanning the ADF rule above.

I want to my m2004 to enter barcode scan after each scan automati

Print Adobe pages 128 and 129 of 302 of the M2000 Series Product Reference Guide and scan the "Scan Options" "Data Suffix" and "Enter" barcodes. The scanner will give two beeps after the first barcode, two beeps after the second and a warble after the third programming (Enter) barcode.

The manual can be downloaded from this link: http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=3969605apdf&sliceId=&dialogID=114420706&stateId=1%200%20114410949

The Advanced Programmer's Guide contains barcodes for modifying the way the scanned data is sent.

Problem with scanner

Yeah, from the manual, scan the following settings:
Scan Suffix
7
0
0
9
Scan Options
<DATA> <SUFFIX>
Enter

It's best to copy the necessary barcodes from the manual at 200% zoom, into a Word document and print it out.
