Nikon coolpix p50, lense error, camera won't work lens stuck.

same problem...opens battery compartment and tried again...could be due to rechargeable battery not being fully charged or a contact issue...giom

Same problem with camera that is only 4 weeks old! Fitting new batteries doesn't help.

I have a Nikon L120 Camera, I dropped it and the lens is stuck in part way, when its turned on it tries to come out makes a clicking sound and the monitor says lens error then it turns off. The circular area is bent on the front where the lens is to open when its out? dont know all the terminology. plse advise. thanks g

I plugged in usb to my computer than turned on. The camera's lens went right back in I was able to unplug the usb and my camera was back to normal.

I have Nikon coolpix s570 and when I try to turn my camera on, on LCD says Lens error. Also, the lenses aren't mached together and objectiv does not come out.
