I have an e63 nokia and it constntly says offline, and cant make calls. how do i get it to be online

Your e63 cannot be unlocked for free, That is an sl3 phone with new security. you have to either call optus and convince them to give you code or buy code online. You can also take it to a professional repair shop for unlock by bruteforcing.

To change from the offline mode, simply select the general profile on your phone, That is,
Go to menu>settings>profiles>choose General and click on activate and your phone is back online.

Your phone might have switched to offline mode accidentally if your keypad is not locked and you have the phone in your pocket/bag.
Press the power button momentarily to bring out a list of profile options, and select "General";
or you can go to Menu -> Settings -> Profiles and choose Normal Mode;
or you can turn the phone completely off and then turn it back on; while the phone boots up you will be asked if you want to exit offline mode -> answer yes
In order to prevent the phone from switching modes, or making inadvertent calls, remember to lock the keypad when the phone is not in use:

Turn OFF the device. Then turn ON. After turning ON, it will ask whether you want to set your profile online. select Yes.

It may because of the Network Lock,You need to Unlock it,You can unlock it using the Unlock code at here

goto your profile options and choose general or other profiles.then activate the profile.before that you should turn off the flight query from call options.

when i call a number the problem is 'An authorization error accurred' after nimbuzzout gave the following error '403- forbidden.
