When i connect my TV. i am not get colour PITCURE in dvd any DVD my TV IS BPL . and i will give connect the other TV dvd get colour . I CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER PERSONS STILL DATE NOBODY WILL COME. THAT CATALOGU THE SET UP WE CANT CHANGE THE STANDARD , BRIGHT , AND OTHERS WILL GIVE THE OK.ITS NOT ACTIVATE KINDLY ADVICE ME SHALL RETURUN THE DVP TO THE WHERE I PURCHASE THE SHOPE .I GIVE THE COMPLAIN TO THE FOLLOWING NO. 044-26210404 COMPLAIN NO.144220

Check your user guide supplied along with your DVD. Change the settings using the DVD menu. Or return it to the seller and get another piece. Check at the shop taking a disc along for checking!

check the connection from dvd to tv. check if you select the correct input settings on you tv... if the connection is ok and the problem is not solve, just bring it back to the store... ty
I would take it back and exchange it ,,if you purchased it new,,But if you bought it used,,and cant take it back,,I would take the top off ,,You can acces the dvd to retrieve disk and maybe see what the prob is,,thanks and goodluck
Change your tv colour System in to Auto mode.It will adjust in menu.Mostly DVD recorded on NTSC 3.58 colour system.After adjust on auto mode Colour will come.
What is the region code? there are different codes....what is yours'??? then i can answer your' question about purchasing disks in India and if they will work with your' unit...
The Way Im understanding your problem is,
it seems like you need to hook your rcas directly to the tv and switch the surround to aux or something similar to that.
