You need to install active sync in your window xp. You can download this software from http://www.download.com/ActiveSync/3000-2178_4-10031823.html?tag=lst-1&cdlPid=10714484

PLEASE GUYS HOW CAN I CNNECT MY IPAQ RZ 1710

LOOKS LIKE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH A BROKEN CAPS LOCK KEY. Seriously, if you want answers and support, you don't have to write in capital letters, we will still see your problem regardless. But, as the person above said, you need a network card. If I'm correct, you need an SD wireless card. These simply fit into the SD card slot and allow you to have wireless internet. I'm hoping that this information is correct as I am a little hazy on the topic at hand, so don't blame me if I'm wrong. Hope this helps. = )

Pda ipaq 1710 not starting up

press the 1st and 4th button on the shortcut menu on the front and press the reset button. This will go through a complete hard reset and deactivate the battery. IT will take your PDA back to factory default mode. It saves you a lot of trouble. GOOD luck. If my explaining it to you didnt help then google "complete reset pda ipaq 1710". :)

Ipaq RZ 1710 won't switch on

If you've backed up your PDA, I'd strongly suggest trying a hard reset. This has happened before to one of my RZ1710 pda's. The only solution was to hard reset it. This can be done by pressing the two extreme left and right buttons (The Calander, and Home button) and the reset button on the bottom of your iPaq with the stylus.

Is IPAQ rz1710 bluetooth technology compatible or not ?

The 1710 does not have bluetooth. You would have to buy a SD bluetooth card and then you could connect to the internet via a bluetooth phone if the phone had internet access.
