My Lynx L4 4-Wheel scooter green light flashing but it said it is charge it wont go forward

The green flashing light indicates an error with the scooter. Count the number of flashes 4 flashes pause 4 flashes pause etc and your manual should give you the meaning of the flashes Check to make sure that you are not in freewheel move the lever at the back of the scooter up and down a few times and make sure you leave it in drive mode turn on the power and see if the light stops flashing and the scooter will operate correctly Hope this helps
