Replace your ink cartridges again. Seem like the print heads are busted already. Try returning the cartridges to the seller or ask to have them replaced.
Hi Mike This is an odd one. If it prints the bars then ir should print everything else - cleaning is just wasting ink in this case. I'm guessing that this is still under warranty, so I would take it back and get it replaced.
Does this happen when printing from the cassette (bottom tray), or the sheet feeder in the back, or both? Check that the paper guides are set snugly (touching but not buckling the paper) against the edges of the paper.
Change the scale in the print options. The print options can be seen when you start to print something. There will be an option asking "print to scale"...select that and you should be fine.
