Well as per the specs the phone supports on messaging(sms) hence you will not be able to send picture messages however since it is a cdma phone and if the service provider does support it you will be able to send picture messages thru their portal. for youe info here is the specs link for your phone. http://www.motorola.com/Consumers/US-EN/Consumer-Product-and-Services/Mobile-Phones/ci.Motorola-Hint-QA30-US-EN.alt

The message memory is seperate from your picture and music memory. Delete old txt messages, inbox and drafts.

Go to main menu, multimedia, music and sounds,ringtones and sounds,

select the ringtone or sounds, click option, send. on message.

You can't send the default ringtones. because they are protected

My motto tmobile v3 cant send picture
Goto Webaccess -> Web Sessions. make sure you are done with mms profile there. then goto messengers -> Press the middle button goto Message setup -> MMS Message setup and put your server info there, after that you are ready to go.
