If we are talking about a Ruger Mini 14 that number is probably 182-92513. That serial number was manufactured in 1981. If you need a more specific date you will need to contact Ruger.

The Mini itself does not have a serial number. If you need to provide a serial number for support or any other reasons just use the Serial number for the stylus.
