I have the same problem. I called bravetti/europro and they told me that they don't support this model any more and don't have replacement parts either. What I do to use it is I use a knife as the blade on the lid and stick it in the slot and move the switch toward the back. This is eaiser when the blender is off of the unit. You can do the same thing to use the blender but switch is a little harder to push.
I just ordered a replacement lid! Bravetti is made by Euro-Pro. Go to their website (link provided below) and enter your appliances model # in the box provided and just follow the steps required.
