How do i get my Asus k60ij camera to work - ASUS Computers & Internet

Most laptops don't have a manual, because they are all same.

Instructions to use Windows 7 can be found online on Microsoft's website.

If your machine doesn't boot by pressing the POWER button it means that your computer doesn't have power to start up.
So probably the Power Supply Unit/Power Unit is defective and it has to be replaced.
If you are computer savvy you might check it and you might replace it by yourself. But if you are not ask the help of a technician. These Asus machines are sometimes very fragile and easy to be broken.

you have a small button on either the left or right side of your power button. It will be orange if it is disabled. Press the button once and you should then be able to use your mouse.

Please visit this page on the Asus website then choose Notebook for products, K60 for series, and K60IJ for models.
Click Search, then choose your operating system ( Windows 7), click OK and the manuals are available at the bottom of the list under the Manual section.
There are two manuals for the English version available for download.

This will resolve the issue you are facing.

Welcome to fixya,there is an easy way tio do thids i can tell you exactly how to do this if you are willing to pay the solution price

I am very sorry for your problem I had had the same problem a few years back you can try super glue as a temporary fix but the key board really dose need to be replaced if its not covered under warranty you can just bring it to a local computer repair shop and they will be able to fix it for you for a fairly cheep price.

Here you go - just put on model, then find your operating system and scroll down to manuals (under all the drivers) and find the English version.

If when you press the card in to eject it, it doesn't come out, you can use a pair of tweesers to gently pull the card out. There are no mechinisims holding it in place.

solution:
just go on asus website and download camera driver under downloads, it worked for me :DD
