I have misplaced my instruction booklet for my Citizen ECO-Drive watch. I don't wear it much and would like instructions on keeping it running properly. There are times when I'm wearing watch, and it will just cease keeping the correct time. Thanks.

If you have followed the manufacturers instructions on recharging, I suggest you return it to Citizen. They will get it running in no time for you.

I have a Citizen Skyhawk and this is what I did to get my watch going after I tried all the recharging instructions they provided. Go to their website and tell them what you want to do and they will give you instructions. Go here: http://www.citizenwatch.com/ Pick your country and language - select technical support (make sure you did all they told you to do first) - eventually you will find a contact link.

The trouble with mine is I have a cell telephone ... who needs a watch these days??? My wife has a eco drive - she wears it 24/7 and has not had a problem with it in more than 10 years.

I really love my Titanium Skyhawk ... It is fun to play with and beautiful to look at. I just never wear it.

You will need the calibre number on the back of the watch but try this citizen site.

Go to "citizen.com" and click on "watch finder".

Put your watch model into the search box on the left and click on "search".
Click on the watch to view details.
On the right is a small menu, click on "get technical info"

On the right you you will see a list of instructions you can download.

The eco drive means that it charges the battery using artificial light or sunlight, there is no need to wind as the battery never runs out of charge providing you keep it in light.
