Drivers lost for Toshiba Tecra M7 Tablet PC

Hi,

My hard drive died, so I replaced it with one purchased from Best Buy. I also needed to purchase Windows XP. After installed the new hard drive and XP I tried to connect to the internet. I have found when looking at the device manager that I have yellow question marks next to Other Devices. My modem is not working, my wireless network access is not working, the ethernet connection is not working. I have tried going to the internet and downloading tons of drivers onto a CD and loading them onto the Toshiba, but it's not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I am trying to hard reset an Audiosonic 7" tablet, model T-17P. I manage to get it to the screen with the large android and the asterix, but cannot get it to a screen that offers any options. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Download win xp sp3 and install .... ur laptop should work and then download and run the "registered" version of Driver Detective ... it should find drivers specifically for YOUR laptop ... that might work ...

Your hard drive may have gone south. Remove it and check with diagnostic software. Bad sectors in critical areas of operating system data will do this.

My laptop will not turn on and will not charge. The little light on the far left (looks like a plug in cord) is blinking, but the charging light does not come on when I plug the charger in and it will not...

You will need to purchase a new Power Supply Unit if it is not able to start up when it is plugged in the PSU is bad. Replace the unit immediately. I hope this assisted you. You can find them reasonable at Amazon.com this is where I purchase customers units at. Thanks for using FixYa for all you questions. John

Clean dust from tablet pc screen

You have to remove the screw covers (the black squares around the screen), remove the screws and gentley pry the cover open with yor finger nails or a flat head screw driver, but be careful not to dent the sides with the screw driver. You can then take a can of air and blow the dust out. I would not touch the sensetive screen under neath. You could take a anti static, micro fiber cloth to wipe off the tough stuff.

How to remove the internal hard drive

enter in bios and disable ide or sata on which your harddrive detectd.
then simply install win xp in external usb harddrive.

Soundcard driver for Toshiba Tecra M4-PTM40A Tablet.

Restore disk

I have M7 restore disks made off of my M7 hard drive. I'll mail them to you if you pay for shipping and the 4 DVDs....say $15? Then you can restore and the restore tools will be restored to your computer as part of the restore.
