Samsung D807 File Transfer Issue?

So I have a 2gig PNY microSD card in my D807. Every time, without fail, I try to transfer mp3s to the microSD card using the PC Studio software, I get a "failed to send file(folder)" error after a while.

If I pop the sd card straight into my computer, I can transfer everything to the card with no problem, but the phone won't play the files for some reason if done this way. I assume the PC Studio software must do something to the files when transferring them, which explains why it takes longer.

Any ideas?

Computer not recognizing 2G PNY Micro Sd

No problem at all. As long as the phone recognizes the memory card, you can transfer the pics from it. What you do is - connect the phone to the PC as a Mass Storage Device through a data cable using the USB port. It will appear in My Computer as an additional drive which can be used as any other drive in the HDD. Copy, paste, delete, whatever. However, remember that after the file transfer you must first stop using the card from an icon in the system tray and only when it tell you that it is safe to remove the card, then only detach it from the PC. Else there are chances of you card getting damaged.
