Mantis tiller won't start after installing new fuel bulb

Troubleshooting:

Airlock in the fuel system: If the fuel bulb is not primed correctly, it can cause an airlock in the fuel system, which can prevent the engine from starting. Try priming the fuel bulb again and see if it helps.

Clogged carburetor: A clogged carburetor can also prevent the engine from starting. You can try cleaning the carburetor with a carburetor cleaner.

Faulty spark plug: A faulty spark plug can also cause starting problems. Check the spark plug and replace it if necessary.

Fuel quality: Poor quality fuel can also cause starting problems. Make sure you are using fresh, clean fuel.

Mantis tiller won't start

Flush out old gas. Check/clean spark plug. Oil filled? Try spraying starter fluid in carb. Carb should not have any oil in it. Change air filter.

Engine wont start. Changed plug; mixed new gas/oil combination. No start!

if you have a spark at the plug try cleaning the air filter, could be just dirty

Difficulty starting Mantis tiller & keeping it running

dirty carb or old gas or plugged air filter or combination of all three. give it a good clean up and some fresh gas.If you are not up to cleaning up your carb you can buy a cleaner lube additive that will work pretty well if you can get the machine running. You just add it to the gas and it helps clean things up internally as its running.
as a tiller has to work in the dirt you always have to spend a few minutes cleaning things up to avoid the bigger problems.

Mantis tiller sv-4 echo engine no spark from coil mantis 2cycle tiller i got it running tryed to start it 4hrs latter same old problem wont start, plug wet with gas wont start. coil was checked by shop...

Sounds like it's flooding either from over choking or the inlet needle in the carb is leaking. Have you removed the plug and blown out the cylinder and plug with air and then tried to restart? Be careful not to keep cranking with the choke pulled out. When it 'hits' ONE time, move the choke halfway in and crank again
