My mantis tiller has a weak start. Tiller will not start. I have put a new spark plug, gas and gas filter, and a clean air filter. Has a weak spark. Can you advise me please? ED

dirty carb or old gas or plugged air filter or combination of all three. give it a good clean up and some fresh gas.If you are not up to cleaning up your carb you can buy a cleaner lube additive that will work pretty well if you can get the machine running. You just add it to the gas and it helps clean things up internally as its running. as a tiller has to work in the dirt you always have to spend a few minutes cleaning things up to avoid the bigger problems.
Sounds like it's flooding either from over choking or the inlet needle in the carb is leaking. Have you removed the plug and blown out the cylinder and plug with air and then tried to restart? Be careful not to keep cranking with the choke pulled out. When it 'hits' ONE time, move the choke halfway in and crank again
