Our company has a multi-use Sharp mx-m350n system. When we fax out a 8.5 x 11 sheet, the recipients will randomly get the fax covering only 1/2 sheet (so the information is scrunched in size) while other times, the fax received if full sheet sized (8 1/2 x 11). What would cause this? Is there a specific setting that needs to be changed so that all outgoing faxes are received full page on the recipient end? Thanks -

I had the same exact problem. Go to control panel>hardware and sound>devices and printers. Right click the printer and select printer properties. Click the configuration tab and make sure the duplex module is checked. This should solve your problem.

Cover Sheet
You can have the fax machine generate a cover sheet and send it as the last page of your fax transmission. The cover sheet includes the date and time, the receiver's name and number if a Rapid Key or Speed Dial number is used, the sender's name and number, and the total number of pages.

1 Load the document(s).
• SEND READY will appear in the display.
• Press RESOLUTION and/or CONTRAST to set the resolution and contrast if needed.
Press Cover Sheet. (Flip up the Rapid Key overlay if it is down.)
• The display will briefly show COVER SHEET MODE ENTERED and then
revert to SEND READY.
• To cancel the cover sheet selection, press STOP.
3 Dial the receiving party and transmit the fax.
If desired, you can set your fax to automatically send a cover sheet with every
transmission (you do not have to press COVER SHEET each time). This is

It should say in you admin operators manual or go to settings and then admin password, which should be "admin" and look through there and hit factory default. That should do it, if not I can check further.

I have had this issue as well faxing to any area code in general outside of my own. The only thing I found to work was manual faxing. This comes from the manual.

Dial manually from the handset
1. Load the document into the ADF.
2. Call the recipient on the handset.
3. When the recipient is ready(when you hear the fax sound), press Start Fax on the product control panel.
