First you have to check if the bluetooth is universal or works with your mobile phone; if it does then it could be that your phone has been set not to be visible to any device. You can change that by going to the bluetooth settings or option and change the visibility setting.
1)Turn on the blue tooth headset
2)Turn on bluetooth on your phone and search for devices.
3)When it finds the device select it and click connect.

turn the bluetooth on wait 10 seconds after the bluetooth has turned on. after it has turned on hold the (+) & (-) volume buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds. the light on the outside will then start to flash green and red, and it is ready to pair to your phone.
