I do accept this solution. The "159" got it open, but don't know how to reset password, or will this number always open it? Thank you, thank you!

Hi f this is the correct solution for your safe, and not a obsbox-so-plus-us_1 network adaptor please follow these instructions, your safe should come with a pre-set number with the default code of "159-A".To change the code, first open the safe. On the inside of the door near the hinge,
there is a small red "reset" button press this button until the Yellow LED on the front panel lights up Now input your new code, one that you can remember this can be up to 8 characters, then followed by either "A" or "B". The Yellow LED will flash to indicate that your new code has been
accepted. If however the Yellow LED does not flash, the code has not been accepted, and you must start over test your new combination before closing the door also make sure to have the Override Key available when setting a new combination or changing batteries, in case the door doesn't open again with the new set code...hope this helps.

Hi. Your best solution may be to take the safe to a local locksmith. Take the keys and also take 2 forms of ID. The locksmith will open the safe and change the combo to whatever you want. J.

You think you do have the keys? If you do, you should be in luck to reset the combination, but if you meant to type that you do NOT think you have the keys that could be a real issue. Please confirm, do you have the keys for the unit or not?

Thanks
Tim

Ok you have two options here:

    Unlock with Digital Keypad

      1

Press the numbers "159" on the Bunker Hill safe's digital keypad.

      2

Press the "A" key immediately after you have entered the numbers.

      3

Wait for the green light on the keypad to shine, then turn the knob once.

      4

Immediately pull the handle on the door of the safe to open it.

    OR

    Unlock with Override Key

      1

Remove the detachable front panel cover of the safe.

      2

Insert the override key into the now exposed lock and turn clockwise.

      3

Turn the knob once, then turn the safe's handle and pull open the door.

Ok that's what I thought, it went back to normal. When you have the key inserted and the door is open you should be able to set the code. You may have to call Harbor Freight for more information on resetting the code if that doesn't work. It appears Bunker Hill is only sold through Harbor Freight and all customer issues go through them. If anything, visit a local store, check out the manual from one of the safes there, in the box... and check how to set the code to what you want. I can't find this information anywhere, it's very strange!

    http://www.harborfreight.com/store-finde...

That will locate the nearest store to you...
