Same problem here....I have had my brand new Whirlpool Duet Steam front load washer for a whole 4 days... It has worked perfectly until now. I checked on the clothes because it seemed like they just kept going and going... they were soaking wet!! When I took the clothes out the dryer had a huge puddle of water in it..Can anyone offer any help?

My whirlpool duet steam dryer appears to be stuck on the steam cycle. I put in a load of clothes that were barely wet and now they are soaking wet. The heating element is working but they are still...

Hello, Thank You for using FixYa. I will be helping you today. It can be a stuck relay to the water valve or a water valve that is not closing all the way. Put a towel across the bottom of the drum a few hours and see if it gets wet when the unit is not in use if so the valve is stuck open and needs to be replaced.

here could be 1 of many faults it could be the drive belt has snapped but in dryer mode if it turns then probally not, always check your filter and look at the back of filter recess to make sure nothing is tangled around pump impeller

Thor laundry system won't dry clothes I have a thor no venting washer/dryer combo machine, that has been working fine for years. Suddenly it is not drying clothes and instead, clothes are soaking wet...

I am having the same problem on a WD9900A. The wash cycle works great. Spins fast and clothes are completely rung out. Dryer cycle heats up well. Fluffs and heats cloths. At some point during dry cycle water is injected on clothes and they end up sopping wet; much wetter than after wash. Filter is clear. Outlet pipe clear and functions well. Possible problem with dryer timer? Or washer timing kicking back on?

Whirpool Duet Was. WFW9400SZ01--Spin cycle leaves clothes soaked.

the problem is your spin program is normal but the machine could not do its job usually there is broken pin clucth under the spinning tube and sometimes the spin gear.this is due to overlload problem. you should brought the machine to your trusted machine repairer as this cost you around US 100-200 in comparison if you buy new one

Does not heat

"Steam drying will get how but the air that comes later to actually dry is cold so the clothes never dry"

I am assuming "how" means hot in this sentence, if so, I think I can help! There is no "steam drying" phase for your dryer so what is probably happening is; the wet clothes are being heated properly [as a result causing steam] however if this steam does not escape frum the dryer it will simply condense back onto the clothing [leaving them moist/wet].
Check your flexible tube from the dryer and the vent on the outside of your home to make sure they are unobstructed. Hope this helps!

How do you DRY with the Haier washer/dryer

Have you tried lengthening the dryer cycle or running it at a higher temp? The usual culprit for wet clothes is not running a dryer long enough or hot enough. (I remember some stand-alone dryers (coin-operated with a fixed drying time per coin) that needed two cycles to dry stuff.

Washer Dryer

washer dryers work by using a fine jet of cold water to condense the steam from your clothes drying. therefore, water has to be turned on when in the drying mode. make sure water is on.
after that, if water is in fact turned on, then the fault will probably lie in the valve being open circuit
