I need a salton dishwasher instruction manual please where do i find this. also the water does not want to go out whitout puting the drain pipe flat on the ground!

Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. 1 what you'll need
Electric drill and hole cutting bit
Screwdrivers
Pliers
Adjustable wrench
Level
Teflon pipe tape
Drain pipe for dishwasher
Dishwasher connection kit - available at your home store (should contain water supply line for dishwasher as well as necessary connectors and compression couplers).
New dishwasher

2Determine that you have access to the hot water supply line, the drainpipe and an electrical connection under the sink. Installing the dishwasher will require extending the hot water supply line to the dishwasher, connecting the dishwasher drain to the drainpipe under the sink, and plugging the dishwasher in. If your home was not plumbed in anticipation of a dishwasher, you will need to change some fittings under the sink to make these connections possible. (See below)

3Read the instruction manual that comes with your new dishwasher. Installing a dishwasher is straightforward but you want to be sure you understand and are comfortable with the necessary steps.

Dishwasher not draining issue occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. Check the drain hose for any visible clogging, remove if present. If no visible lint is present then remove then turn off the dishwasher and remove the drain hose and check for any visible clogging. If still not visible then the drain filter or drain pump is clogged and you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump. To access the drain pump, please follow the procedure---
1. Drain pumps are mounted to sumps in the front of dishwashers --they're easily accessible from the front of dishwashers by removing toe kicks.
2. Tools needed: small flat blade screwdriver (for unlocking terminals).
3. Remove toe kick/base cover, pull up terminal cover and disconnect wires (using screwdriver to unlock locking terminals).
4. To remove pump, pull latch (on circular collar) & rotate pump clockwise (cw).
5. To install new pump, insert @ 2:00 position & rotate counterclockwise (ccw).
6. Clean water & debris from base, then check float operation.
7. Connect wires, then install base cover & toe kick.
Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

The water connection is the smaller of the two and generally near the front of the machine, usually a threaded fitting on a electric solenoid will need a pipe to compression 90 fitting if its not already installed, it needs to be hooked to the hot water and that can be found on the left side going up to the sink faucet to be sure run some hot water and the side that gets warm is the correct one, you will need to turn off the water and install a T to connect the dishwasher if an unused shut off is not already there for the dishwasher. The drain line takes a hose and clamp and will hook into your drain iether through a dishwaser t or the disposal if you have one has a connection for it.

If the dishwasher hose does not loop up higher than the kitchen sink before going down to the bottom of the dishwasher water may flow downhill through the dishwasher drain into the dishwasher
ensure the dishwasher drain hose is screwed to the underside of the kitchen counter, to provide a stop to water flow.

but often the dishwasher is at the end of its 'stretch'
and the installer assumes looping is just to use up excess hose, and doesnt.
