My Samsung S3650 Genio touch phone activated SOS message and the screen is now frozen with the SOS icon showing. How do deactivate this or get my screen working again - please help, I'm quite desperate

Deactivate the service which has already been activated in ur phone............call cust care ask ask for the deactivation of service.........

This is one of the annoying aspects of this phone... The smileys show as symbols & not like the yellow faces like nokia phones etc. Unfortunately there is no way to activate smileys

This will solve the problem of your phone.

Go to settings-> phone profiles and tap on the [>>] icon next to the profile you want to make keypad silent (for eg:- normal). from the drop down menu at top right, select phone sounds. Scroll down till you see 'phone sound volume'. Reduce it to zero. Done!!

Follow this path- main menu-> bluetooth (its in the 2nd homescreen)-> turn on bluetooth (by tapping on the icon). This should show all the devices paired with your phone. Find the device you want to delete and tap on it. select 'delete' from the options shown

Put off your SIM card and enter *2767*3855# it should halp :)

It says press the "hold key" to bring up the key pad, which is on the right side of the phone, next to the camera button.

Not to worry. You can deactivate it by following below mentioned process:

SMS CAN CFS to 111 (toll free) for Postpaid customers / SMS CAN CFS to 144 (toll free) for Prepaid customers
