As your using nokia 6300 check your sim but putting your sim to another mobile.If you face the same problem there also you can contact the store i mean if your using the vodafone means you can go to vodafone store and their you should tell your number to that customer care people they will tell you what happen to your sim.If there is any problem with your sim means they will replace you with a new sim.Thanks for your question happy to help.

As you send me that your using nokia 5230 cell phone this nokia mobile which your using does not support CDMA technology your mobile support only GSM technology. So you better use the gsm technology now a days virgin also have gsm sim if you still want to use virgin network means you take the gsm technology sim and you can use that number in your mobile.You will get this sim in virgin outlet.If you pay some amount you will recive this sim.

You just want to call your customer care and wait till they pick up your and say them that your sim is locked so that they will ask your mobile number you should say the number to the customer care people then after checking they will say the pin to unblock the sim after that you should switch off your phone then switch on your mobile then you can use your sim.
