Printshop takes an awful amount of memory. You might get it to work if you uninstall then do a clean install by making sure all other proggys are turned off while you are installing. You also need to clean up your startup programs. To make sure there are not too many all starting up . How many little icons do you have in the lower right hand corner and what are they for?
I haven't even gotten this program installed yet due to the above error message. I am NOT going to pay someone to help me install this program, instead I will send it back to the manufactureres.
Uninstall the workshop 2008 and reinstall it. If it is not passable remove the manually in program folder as will as registry be careful wheal removing in registry. And reinstall it
