two things you can do, first right click on your windows screen and look for "settings" this will open a dialog box where you can set the screen resolution. Set it lower and see if your screen is now filled. if that doesn't work go into the monitor setup (buttons on the bottom or side of the monitor) and try to set the verticle and horizontal size, since its only 3/4 of an inch you should be able to stretch the screen to fill up the space.

Press the 1 key and the down arrrow key simultaneously for 5 seconds and it should unlock the OSD.

you can fix this problem , plz follow these steps :

right click on desktop>choose properties>settings>advance>monitor>screen refresh rate>choose 75 hertz

after ok the settings , you will get now ur monitor not blinking.

i hopw u will get the solution.

check that you were not running any programs that you have allowed to automatically change settings, enter control panel and set settings to allow manual changes only!

To enable or disable the OSD lock feature, press and hold the 1 and the up arrow for 10 seconds.

Check the horizondal out put transistor if it is short replace the transistoror or replace the flyback transformer.

Assuming this is a E70fB monitor
OSD Unlock : Press and hold the [1] and [▼] buttons again for 5 seconds. The message “OSD UNLOCK” will then display briefly, indicating that the OSD image settings are now unlocked.

Press the [1] key & hold it for 10 seconds / till OSD Unlock appears on the screen. When OSD unlock appears on the screen , release [1 ] & press [1] or [2] key. This will unlock the OSD.

I think the problem is not your monitor itself . the real problem is your video card, maybe the video card is damage or the video card driver is corrupted. Try to re install the video card driver. In the run type DEVMGMT.MSC hit enter . If the device manager windows open select and double click the DISPLAY ADAPTER delete the video display model and click ACTION, SCAN HARDWARE CHANGES the windows automatic search for the driver and install it but sometime you need to insert the cd driver. If you dont have a video driver with you look in the internet for the model of your video card.
