Hi Stacey, Using the reset button of an mp3 player will not cause loss of music or other media files. I hope you can un-freeze it in this way but in my opinion the problem could be solved in few cases. Thanks. gylacz
your laptop is freezed and you need to cheak whether its a virus or system breakdow. try to start window in safe mode if its working window is not destroyed otherwise scan in dos mode.
Well, at first it was freezing for me, no matter how many times I hit the reset button.
It may have just been leaving it on for a while, after hitting the Hard reset ((Ie holding the reset button for five seconds or more)). I'm not entirely sure; it may have just been luck.
Why does technology make you work for what you already paid good money for? Have you tried going into Recovery Mode? You do this by holding down the Play/Pause button while triggering the Reset button. Once there, you have four options. Try selecting Disk Cleanup and then Reboot. You might need to re-Sync a few things but it's worth a shot. Good luck.
Try taking a toothpick, and at the bottom of your mp3 player, there is the usb insert port thing, but then there is this little hole to the right...it's the reset button. After you hit the reset button, just let it charge.
