Hi,
I'm trying to transfer my videos from my recorder onto my pc and it didn't come with a cd with the software, just a booklet..can you advise me what to do or where I can buy the software for it?

Hey, get a firewire cable. works for me. except i have to jiggle the cable around a bit until it makes that "hardware connected" sound on the pc. also, for photos, just go to my computer when its plugged in, and click on the camera, it will be there. if this doesnt work, [email protected] ill try help there

I'm having the same problem,i just cant get the video from the camcorder to pc.
Me too,I can play tapes on my pc,but can't upload them.pc does recognize the connection of the camcorder,but does not list it on the"safely remove hardware''icon.have tried several different software programs,including windows video maker to import files.None worked.

How do you get the photos and video onto PC. The video doesn't worry me so much as I have a video recorder that i can record it with but photos are a different story.
